BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Wait-a-While Rainforest Tours:

Cancellation of scheduled Day Tours - In the event of the purchaser cancelling in writing 31 days or more prior to the booked start date a 15% cancellation fee applies; 4 days or more than but less than 31 days a 40% cancellation fee applies; 3 days or less a 100% cancellation fee applies but if re-sold fee reduces to 40%. Cancellation will only be accepted from the booking party. Cancellation of Private Charters - In the event of the purchaser cancelling in writing 61 days or more prior to the booked start date a 15% cancellation fee applies; 31 days or more but less than 61 days a 40% cancellation fee applies; 30 days or less a 100% cancellation fee applies but if re-sold fee reduces to 40%. Cancellation will only be accepted from the booking party. Cancellation by us – our liability is limited to actual monies paid to us by the booking party. Re-scheduling – we reserve the right to make a service charge for re-scheduling confirmed schedules/dates & do so at a rate of AU$25.00 per item; we may waive this charge at our sole discretion if we consider the work involved of doing so to be de minimus. Refunds – any refund agreed will be made via the reverse route to which the original funds were received using tax compliant processes.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Wildlife Coast Cruises:

Due to possible schedule amendments, we advise to check with our office before planning your itinerary. Wildlife Coast Cruises reserves the right to cancel at short notice. If you wish to cancel your cruise, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled departure receive no refund. Some cruises may be cancelled due to weather, insufficient bookings or special events. In the event of this, an alternative cruise will be offered. If this is not possible, then at the discretion of management a refund will be considered.

Bums On Seats Tours:

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Vinetrekker:

14 or more days prior to travel - full refund 7 or more days prior to travel - 75% refund 2 or more days prior to travel - 50% refund Within 2 days of travel - no refund

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. Ocean Rafting:

Cancellations are accepted up until 7.00pm the night prior to the tour.

Sensational Sydney Cruises:

Cancellation Policy: Individual “Cruise like a local” bookings: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator's discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Groups or Exclusive Charters (12 paxs or more): Cancellations made more than 30 clear working days before travel (as logged in the Operator's system audit) may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. Cancellations made less than 30 clear working days before travel will attract a 50% cancellation fee. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding. Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operators discretion due to mechanical breakdowns which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Fail to Board: It is the Passenger's responsibility to ensure that they arrive on time for the departure of the vessel. Failure to do so will mean that the Passenger forfeits the full fare price to the Operator. Safety Requirements for Travel: 1. Disabled Passengers: The Operator recommends that disabled persons seek medical advice before participating. Disabled Passengers cruising aboard Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 2. Pregnant Persons: Pregnant persons cruising with Calypso do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused. 3. Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Groups and exclusive charter embarkment and disembarkment times are arranged at the time of booking. Passengers are required to be at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to nominated departure. Days of Operation: The 'Cruise like a local' tour operates daily from 1st September to 1st June (inc), 12.30pm, returning 4.30pm. Minimum Numbers: 'Cruise like a local' departs with a minimum of two passengers and will cater up to 12 people. If you have numbers that exceed this, you will need to make a private booking. Marine Insurance: Sea Sydney cruises carry full insurance and public liability. Calypso is a charter vessel, survey number 21415. No Warranty: The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability or reliability of any information, service or product listed on the Operator's website. Disclaimer: 1.
