Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Sailaway:

Full refund only applies with 24 hours notice of date adjustment or cancellation.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.
