Fish Tales Charters:

If less than 36 hours from booking date no refund issued-100%cancellation fee. 36-48 hours from booking date 50% cancellation fee. Over 48 hours no cancellation fee, except booking fee.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Jump Tours:

Jump Tours charges fees for cancellation by the customer depending on the time left before departure: 30 Days - 14 Days before departure: 25% of tour price 13 Days - 48 hours before departure: 50% of tour price Less than 48hrs before departure: 100% of tour price

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
